Oroblanco
2019-07-17 // A couple weeks ago, I potted up my Oroblanco from a 5 gallon pot to a much bigger 15 or so gallon pot. I gave it a pruning and saved the cuttings which I placed in a pot of coir. The cuttings still look green so I hope it rooted.
2018-05-06 // So many Citrus are blooming in out front garden and is smells so good. Clockwise from top left: mystery fuzzy citrus that doesn’t taste good (probably overgrown rootstalk), Orange, Grapefruit and Oroblanco.
2018-07-31 // My Oroblanco fruits are getting bigger! I can’t wait until they are ready to harvest. This year we have 3 fruits which are the most this tree has fruited. Can you spot all 3?… Oroblanco is a hybrid of a Pomelo and Grapefruit.
2019-03-14 // Today harvest: I thought someone stole two of our Oroblanco fruits, but I found them on the ground under the tree. Can’t wait to taste these.
2019-05-28 // Today’s harvest: the third and final Oroblanco from last year’s crop. It finally dropped from the tree and it should be really good. If you look closely behind it, there are the future fruits from this year’s crop.
